Your voice matters | our residents’ annual report for 2022-23

Our residents’ annual report for 2022-23 is now available and has been developed in partnership with our Resident Communications Group, who helped to shape the design, format and content of the report. 

The report explores: 

• our highlights and achievements
• how we have been performing during 2022-23 and where we need to improve 
• our plans and priorities for the future

The theme this year is “Your voice matters” to celebrate our resident-led model and growth as we work to enhance our Community Gateway model and address the challenges facing our community.

Our report spotlights the many ways that residents can get involved at Phoenix and shares the stories, experiences, and achievements of residents throughout 2022-23.
