My Phoenix - Self Service Portal

Phoenix tenants can register to use our ‘MyPhoenix’ self service portal. When you sign up to the service, we will use the information you provide to confirm your identity as a Phoenix tenant and to set up an account for you.

The information you provide will be used to set up your account and to ensure the safety and security of your account. We will also use the information you provide to update your contact details on our secure housing management database. The information you provide will be stored and retained securely and treated in accordance with our Data Protection Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation and any succeeding acts.
