Our residents’ annual report for 2021-22 is now available!

Shaped by our Resident Communications Group, the report explores:  

• How we have been performing during 2021-22
• Our vision, values and corporate objectives   
• Our highlights and where we can improve
• Our plans and priorities

The theme this year is “Building on strong foundations” to celebrate our resident-led model and growth as we look to the future and welcome more residents to our Phoenix community.

Last year we welcomed residents of 1,500 homes in Grove Park and held in-person events for the first time in two years. In the report you’ll hear from some of our new residents and from our new Chair, Carmen Simpson, and Chief Executive, Denise Fowler.
