Hundreds of Phoenix residents gathered to meet Santa and his elves on his tour across the Phoenix community! Thank you to everyone who joined us to kick off the festive season.
The ‘Meet Santa’ event started at Bellingham Leisure Centre on Tuesday 6 December and ended at The Green Man on Thursday 15 December, with over 450 residents joining to meet Santa.
Event-goers posted their letters to the North Pole, passed on Christmas wishes to Santa and received an early Christmas stocking handed out by Santa’s elves.
Denise Fowler, Phoenix Community Housing Chief Executive, said: “I’m so pleased that we’ve been able to provide some free festive fun for families. This time of year will be particularly challenging for many in our community and it’s vital that we do all we can to support our residents. I hope all the little ones enjoyed seeing Santa and his elves.”
