New Director of Finance and Resources appointed

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte Spendley as our new Director of Finance and Resources. 

Charlotte is currently Director of Corporate Services at Folkestone and Hythe District Council and is looking forward to returning to the sector following an earlier role as Head of Finance at East Kent Housing.  She will join Phoenix in March 2023 to succeed Chris Starke, who is retiring after 15 years in the role.
