Working with residents to shape our digital services

We are very proud to be acknowledged as one of Housing Digital’s Top 30 Digital Housing Providers. 

The Housing Digital shortlist recognises housing associations who have used technology to meet resident needs and to respond to the challenges of the pandemic.

Phoenix was commended for the ‘Digital Together’ programme which includes 23 projects overall, 12 of which have reached completion. The programme aims to improve resident satisfaction by providing more choice through agile and accessible services.

As a resident-led housing association, residents have played a key role in decision making to drive satisfaction through the Digital Together programme.

Phoenix Vice Chair and member of our Digital Together project board, Carmen Simpson said: “Thank you to the residents and staff members who have been helping to shape our Digital Together programme. It’s so important that we continue to make our services accessible, modern and fit for the future.”

The next phase of the programme, the MyPhoenix self-service portal, is due to launch this spring.

The new portal will allow residents to access services quickly, 24 hours a day. Residents will be able to make payments, set up Direct Debits and book repairs online, all in one space.
