As a resident-owned and led landlord, resident satisfaction is an important measure of our performance and how Phoenix is doing.
In September and October 2015, we carried out a satisfaction survey to find out what our tenants and leaseholders think of our services and where we need to improve.
The survey was carried out by telephone by an indepedent company called Acuity - this helped us to save money and staff time.
The results of the survey have now been processed and we've written to all residents with the results. The summary reports for tenants and leaseholders are available on our website, and the full results will be available shortly.
When we compare the results to our last survey in 2012, tenant satisfaction has been maintained or increased in most areas, and when we compare overall tenant satisfaction with other housing associations in London, we are in the top quarter.
In most areas leaseholder satisfaction has decreased. However, satisfaction with the community as a place to live and satisfaction with value for money from service charges have both been maintained since 2012.
