Our residents’ annual report for 2023-24 is now available and has been developed in partnership with our Resident Communications Group, who helped to shape the design, format and content of the report. 

The report explores in 2023-24: 

• our highlights and achievements across the organisation through resident involvement.
• how we have been performing during 2023-24 and areas where we need to improve 
• our plans and priorities for the future

The theme for our 2023/24 annual report is ‘Renewal and Reshape'. The theme underpins the pivotal role that our residents play in decision-making at Phoenix and the strides we've made to enhance their participation through resident involvement and leadership. It also allows us to focus on the new ways we are reshaping our service delivery through Community Links.

Our report spotlights the many ways that residents can get involved at Phoenix and shares their stories, experiences, and highlights the hard work of residents throughout 2023-24.
