The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key event for shareholders to hear about our performance, our future plans and to put questions to our Executive Team. Shareholders also vote on resolutions as part of the formal business for the evening.
This year’s AGM will take place on Monday 30 September 2024 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. For an opportunity to meet with Phoenix staff to address housing concerns and learn about the benefits of getting involved at Phoenix, doors will be open from 5.00 pm.
As always, we’re encouraging Shareholders to take part in this year’s AGM in person at The Green Man. If you would like to participate, but cannot attend in person, you can watch the meeting via live stream, but you will not be able to vote, unless you ask someone else to attend in person to vote on your behalf (known as a proxy vote). If you would like to attend and require supervised childcare at the event, please contact us in advance. Light refreshments will also be provided.

After the formal meeting there will be a tribute to our existing Resident Chair, Carmen Simpson, including entertainment and an opportunity to socialise with other residents and guests.
To attend the AGM, you will need to book your place by filling out an online booking form.

Shareholders who would like to participate, but who cannot attend in person, can vote by proxy. A proxy vote is when you appoint someone else who will be at the meeting to make your vote. You can either appoint the Chair of the Board, or someone else who you must name on your booking form.
If you wish to vote by proxy, use the online booking form.
You can submit your proxy vote any time up to Monday 23 September; and if you would like to request a printed proxy pack, please contact us by Monday 16 September.
If you are attending via live stream, please make sure you provide your proxy vote and any questions you would like to ask by using the online booking form which you must submit no later than Monday 23rd September.
