We are pleased to have received planning permission to build new homes in Downham.
The plans, approved by Lewisham Council on 28 July 2016, will see four new houses built in Woodbank Road, SE6, between the junctions with Ifracombe Road and Bideford Road. Previously four terraced houses had stood on this site but were demolished in the 1980s.
It is our fourth application for new homes to receive planning consent. We are currently developing a 60-home extra care scheme at Hazelhurst Court, SE6, and have received permission for further smaller scale developments in Whitefoot Lane, BR1, and Riverpark Gardens, BR2.
We continue to look at further development options as we seek to play our role in tackling the severe shortage of housing across Lewisham and nationally.
