Get online through access to free data!

We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits of the internet and have joined the National Databank to share free data with those who are unable to get online.  

Last year, we were able to gift 4000 GB of data, 116 Chromebooks, 27 tablets and 20 smartphones which were funded through donations to our Connected Together scheme.  

Through joining the Databank, we can support many more residents to get online through access to sim cards and data vouchers.  

Who can receive free data?  

You must be over the age of 18 and from a low income household. You must also qualify in at least one of the following statements:  

Have no access or insufficient access to the internet at home 

Have no or insufficient access to the internet when away from home 

Cannot afford your existing monthly contract or top up  

Support available through the Databank… 

Vodafone data: 

• SIM cards arrive preloaded with data  
• 20GB, free calls and texts for 30 days, refreshes automatically for 6 months 

02 data: 

• O2pay as you go SIM cards provided (to be used with data vouchers) 
• Data vouchers each provide 7GB, free calls and texts for 30 days from activation  
• Vouchers can be issued for 1 - 6 months
