Applications for our garden scheme are now open.
For a small fee, the scheme provides four lawn cuts between March and September to help you stay in control of your garden during the growing season.
Following a review, the scheme is open to anyone aged 60 or over and residents who have a disability.
If you’re new to the scheme, we’ll inspect your garden to make sure it’s not too overgrown. And, if it is, there will be a one-off clearing fee.
All Phoenix residents who have an individual garden are responsible for maintaining and keeping it tidy, while we’ll work with you to keep communal gardens neat.
