During the cold snap last month, our Contact Centre took a high number of calls due to issues arising because of the cold weather.
Our Phoenix Repairs Service is working hard to maintain services for our residents during the pandemic, so we continue to carry out essential repairs only, including essential compliance and safety checks.
As we approach colder weather this weekend, we're encouraging residents to visit our Frequently Asked Questions for some common problems and how to resolve them. It could be much quicker than giving us a call.
If your boiler shows an F75 error code, you should:

If you experience frozen pipes, we recommend you minimise draughts from outside, close doors and windows to unheated parts of your home, and check to see if your water tanks and pipes need insulating. If you need to leave your home, please shut off the water supply to prevent freezing in the pipework.
If you need to contact us to report an essential repair, please call us on 0800 0285 700. Our out of hours team will be available to provide an emergency repairs service.
Our priority for any essential repair is to make the situation safe. Please understand that we may not be able to complete the full repair on our first visit.
We will prioritise repairs for older and vulnerable residents wherever possible.
