From April 2020, tenants who pay their water bills through their rent will instead pay directly to Thames Water.
We and Thames Water will work with all affected tenants to make this change as easy as possible – and will be in touch with you shortly to give you further advice on the changes.
Thames Water will also be reaching out to set up payments for this and to see if you qualify for reduced charges. Thames Water will also be able to advise you directly on whether you could qualify for 50% reduction in your bills through its Watersure scheme.
Until April, you will continue to pay your water charges through your rent, so please don’t make any changes until this time.
