Summer Fun - at home!

Join us for this live Mindfulness session for families - great for parents and children under 12 years.

Mindfulness is a form of meditation that involves silently paying attention to your thoughts, sounds and the sensations of breathing or parts of your body, bringing your mind back from wherever it may wonder. It's a good way to relax, clear the mind and feel calm and a great way for you and your children to stay calm and stress free this Summer. This session will be delivered live via video call using Microsoft Teams which can be accessed for free on laptops, tablets and smart phones.
