We're hosting a virtual open day for Phoenix home owners. This is an opportunity to find out more about our services and to ask any questions you may have about your lease, service charges or local community. You can make appointments between 9am and 8pm to virtually meet with Phoenix staff to find out more about:
  • Service charge collection and payment 
  • Planned maintenance and major works 
  • Environmental and caretaking services
  • Home ownership services
  • Repairs
  • Housing Management 
  • Financial inclusion and benefits advice 
  • Home Makers - letting your home
  • Community engagement - involvement with Phoenix 
When you book an appointment, you can let us know whether you'd prefer a video or phone call, or a meeting over Microsoft Teams software.   If you would like to attend, please let us know which teams you would like to speak to and your preferred appointment slot.   Email to get booked in!
