Phoenix is restoring The Fellowship Inn, thanks to support from the Heritage Lottery Fund. The newly refurbished building is set to reopen soon and we’re holding an open meeting for people to find out more about the premises licence for the building.
What is a premises licence?
Any premises that sells alcohol, including a pub, must have a premises licence. There is already a licence in place for The Fellowship Inn which covers the ground floor bar area and the rear entertainment hall.
We will be applying to Lewisham Council for this licence to be updated to reflect the new layout on this floor, following the refurbishment works. We will also be applying for a new and separate licence in relation to the new lower ground floor cinema, café, and the outdoor seating area that will be situated on Knapmill Road.
What will happen at the consultation evening?
This consultation evening will take place on Tuesday 29 May 2018, at The Bellingham Leisure & Lifestyle Centre, 5 Randlesdown Road, SE6 3BT, from 6pm to 7pm.
During this meeting, we will share with you our proposals for the licence and will answer any questions that you may have.
If you would like to attend or have any questions at this stage, please contact us.
