The Community Chest was set up in 2013 to fund projects that will make a difference to the Phoenix community. Since then, we have awarded close to £600,000 to more than 60 projects which have supported our residents and the wider community in many ways. Previous projects have covered a wide range of activities, from family away days to African drumming classes.
We believe that these projects help create a stronger community and support our residents to gain new skills and access experiences and opportunities that may otherwise not be available.
The Community Chest was awarded the 24housing Community Achievement award in 2015.
Applications for our Community Chest 2019-20 will open in January 2019.
