We are working hard to maintain services during the coronavirus (covid-19) pandemic. Some of the information on this page may not be accurate at this time. For updates on the coronavirus and to see how we’re responding to it, visit the coronavirus pages of our website.
The Community Chest was set up in 2013 to fund projects that will make a difference to the Phoenix community. Since then, we have awarded £700,000 to more than 70 projects, benefitting more than 19,000 people. Previous projects have covered a wide range of activities, from family away days to African drumming classes.
We believe that these projects help create a stronger community and support our residents to gain new skills and access experiences and opportunities that may otherwise not be available.
The Community Chest has previously been awarded the 24housing Community Achievement award.
Applications for funding in 2020/21 are now closed. Thank you to everyone who applied.
