Join us for this interactive, online Diversity Day workshop!

Join local resident and designer, Sandra Stephenson as she teaches you to make your own face mask or covering. You'll use diverse prints and fabrics from different cultures throughout history that are still inspiring fashion today!  Delve back through time, as the history and meaning of each fabric or print is explained.

You will then go through a step by step activity to create your very own face mask which you can accessorise. This workshop is suitable for residents of all ages, residents under 8 will need adult supervision. Book your place now!

We'll provide a sewing kit and fabrics that you can collect from The Green Man on Friday 23 or Monday 26 October. Click the links to find out more.

This session will be delivered via video call using Microsoft Teams and is for Phoenix residents.
