Join us at The Green Man, 355 Bromley Road, SE6 2RP on Tuesday 28 November, 5-7pm for an educational, informative and inspirational evening of raising Disability Awareness in our community and enjoy...  

• a calming Zen-Den with free aromatherapy hand massages  
• head, neck and shoulder massages 
• arts and crafts   
• taster mental wellbeing session: breathing, relaxation and anxiety management and coaching  
• refreshments      
• listen to a panel discussion between young residents and our Head of Resident Involvement and Wellbeing on how to get more people with disabilities involved with Phoenix.
