Use the links below to find out more about the different ways you can make a payment.
The easiest and most convenient way to pay your rent or service charges is by direct debit.
Direct debit means you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay your rent or service charges each time. Your payment will automatically come out of your bank or building society account whenever a payment is due.
You also don’t need to notify your bank or building society if the amount of your payments change - we will do it for you.
To set up a direct debit to pay your rent or service charges, call our income team now on 0800 0285 700.
You can make an online payment through the secure allpay website at any time.
Visit www.allpay.net and follow the on-screen instructions.
This is similar to a direct debit, but you must contact your bank or building society each time the payment amount changes.
You can download our standing order form. Please remember to put your 10-digit rent account reference on the form. Contact us if you need to find out your account reference.
Please note: leaseholders can only use standing orders if they live in the property, and all repayments must be arranged within 21 days of the invoice date.
You can pay over the phone at any time by calling allpay on 0330 041 6497.
You can register to make SMS payments on the secure allpay website.
You can use your payment card to pay at any post office, or local shop that displays a PayPoint sign. A payment card enables you to make a payment wherever you see the PayPoint logo, by phone and by internet. Please note, this cannot be used for monthly payments.
You should make your cheque payable to Phoenix Community Housing and for rental payments address the envelope to Rent Income Team.
For service charges, address the envelope to Phoenix Community Housing and put your property address and reference number on the reverse.
